This hands-on course is aimed at anyone with little or no knowledge about bike mechanics and/or maintenance. Areas covered: - A brief explanation and demonstration of your bike's main components - M-Check: make sure your bike is roadworthy and safe before setting off on your ride, including tyre pressure, wheel fixings, brake calibration and more - How to repair a puncture and/or replace an inner tube - Basic brake and gear indexing and adjustments - Correct cleaning and lubrication practices - A discussion about road safety, bike anti theft practices, dos and don'ts, lots of engagement and encouragement Price is for a one person session at a location of your choice within greater London.
